EA has officially confirmed that Battlefield 6 will be unveiled this Thursday, July 24, after months of anticipation and multiple leaks from beta tests.
The announcement came via the publisher’s social media platforms, where it revealed that a dedicated reveal trailer will debut this week. The teaser concluded with what appears to be the key visual for the game, offering a glimpse of what’s to come.
Just days earlier, a branded influencer kit featuring the Battlefield 6 logo surfaced online, briefly shared by a content creator before being taken down—though the images quickly circulated across social media. This incident added fuel to speculation ahead of the official announcement.
Renowned Battlefield content creator RivalxFactor has hinted that a more comprehensive reveal event is also scheduled later in the month, which could include gameplay breakdowns or developer insights.
Electronic Arts has already confirmed that the next installment in the Battlefield franchise will launch by March 2026. A full public showcase was previously promised for the summer season, and this week’s trailer appears to be the first major step in that campaign.
Development of Battlefield 6 has been ongoing with closed playtests running since March. Despite strict NDAs, several gameplay clips have been leaked, indicating strong community interest.
In response to the backlash faced by Battlefield 2042, EA is reportedly prioritizing a more open and community-focused development cycle. The upcoming title is being developed by four key internal studios, collectively branded as “Battlefield Studios,” and will be set in a modern-day, interconnected universe.
