Star Wars Outlaws

Humberly Gonzalez, the voice and motion capture actor for Kay Vess, has expressed strong interest in reprising her role in a live-action adaptation. In a recent interview with VGC, Gonzalez shared her enthusiasm for bringing Kay Vess to life beyond the digital realm.

When asked if she’d be open to playing the character in live action, she responded, “Absolutely. I know I have the skills to convey the human connection to the Star Wars universe and make it feel real.”

Reflecting on the significance of her role, Gonzalez described it as a “beautiful responsibility.” She explained, “It’s an honour to be part of this franchise. As an immigrant, Latina, and queer person who learned English later in life and now lives in Canada, every opportunity has led me to this moment. To be chosen for this role feels like a shared journey.”

Star Wars Outlaws launches on August 30th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC. Three days of early access are available with the purchase of the Gold or Ultimate Edition, or through a Ubisoft+ Premium subscription.
