Activision has unveiled a live-action trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, which can be viewed below. Microsoft has officially confirmed that Black Ops 6 will be available on Game Pass from its release day. The full reveal of the game is set for a showcase event on June 9.
“We’re thrilled to announce that Game Pass members can dive into Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 on day one with Game Pass,” Microsoft stated in an Xbox Wire post. “Last week, we announced a special Xbox Games Showcase, followed by Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Direct on June 9, 2024, at 10am PT. We will share more details about this new entry in the Black Ops series and give a first look at the gameplay in this dark new chapter.”
Following the launch of a teaser site, Activision confirmed last Friday that Black Ops 6 is the latest installment in the Call of Duty series for this year.
This Xbox Games Showcase will be the first to feature titles from Activision Blizzard, Bethesda, and Xbox Game Studios. Rumors suggest that Microsoft will unveil new Gears of War and Doom games during the event.
Additionally, Microsoft is anticipated to announce release dates for several upcoming titles, including Starfield’s Shattered Space expansion, Indiana Jones and The Great Circle, Flight Simulator 2024, and Avowed.
