Shift Up, the Developers behind the upcoming PS5 Exclusive, Stellar Blade requests fan to “go easy” on the demo after it’s release last month.

“We’re so grateful for your love of our game. To enjoy the main game properly though, please go easy on the demo,” said the official Stellar Blade Social Account. “50+ Hours of Demo Play…we’re scared!”

The Demo storyline is straightforward, you’re a member of the 7th Airborne Squad called Eve who goes to help reclaim it from a foe called the Naytiba. Once you arrive at Eidos 7, you’ll go through the tutorial to get to grips with everything before the start of the game and a boss fight, which is safe to say many fans must have already beaten like 20 – 30 times.

The question that arises is: why are people so obsessed with the demo? Despite our enjoyment and inability to stop playing, Hyung-Tae Kim, the director of Stellar Blade, advises players to opt for clothing rather than pursuing the viral NSFW ‘skin suit,’ as it essentially puts the game on hard mode by eliminating the shield.

However, the community seems to have disregarded this advice, equipping the character with the ‘skin suit’ and effortlessly mastering boss runs without taking any damage, despite the absence of shields.
