The wait is over! Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is officially coming to PC. Announced at New York Comic Con, the critically acclaimed title will swing onto PC platforms via Steam and the Epic Games Store on January 30, 2025. This expansion marks another collaboration between Nixxes Software, Insomniac Games, PlayStation, and Marvel Games, promising enhanced features optimized for a wide variety of PC setups.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 PC Editions and Content

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 on PC will feature two editions: the Standard Edition and the Digital Deluxe Edition (DDE). Players will also have the flexibility to upgrade from the Standard Edition to the Digital Deluxe at any time.

Standard Edition Features

• The complete game
• All post-launch updates, including:
  • 12 new suits
  • New Game+ mode
  • Ultimate Levels
  • New Symbiote Suit Styles
  • Time of Day options
  • Action Figure Mode in Photo Mode
  • Screen Reader and Audio Descriptions

Enhanced Features for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 PC

Developed by Nixxes Software, the PC version of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 comes packed with enhanced ray tracing options, ultra-widescreen support, and a variety of graphical customization features. The game has been designed to run smoothly across different setups, ensuring an optimal experience whether you’re playing on a high-end rig or a more modest build.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2: Story and Gameplay

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 continues the journey of Peter Parker and Miles Morales, introducing iconic villains like Venom and Kraven while expanding Marvel’s New York with new boroughs and side missions. Players will experience new traversal mechanics, including the Symbiote Surge ability and the exciting Web Wings.

Although there won’t be any additional story content, the PC release will include all previously available post-launch content such as:

• New Game+ mode
• New suits and color variants
• Expanded Photo Mode features
